that determines conservation of exonic structure of transcripts between human and mouse.
Precalculated results for human chromosomes 21 and 22 can be obtained by entering a VEGA human gene or transcript identifier in the search box above.
The CExonic method is implemented as a web service that can be executed by clicking on the "Run CExonic" button.
